List of legal and in most cases natural stimulators

From time to time everyone’s battery needs to be boosted. Here’s the list of legal and in most cases natural stimulators you can easily buy to enhance your productivity for a short (0.5 – 5 hours) period of time.

Here’s the list of Caffeine-containing substances (Caffeine’s duration is 1.5 – 5 hours. More information about Caffeine can be found on Erowid.org):

The following list is not dedicated to any particular chemical.

  • Kuding tea
    Kuding tea
Kuding tea is terribly bitter, but people say it’s very healthy. Here’s a small article about Kuding tea.
  • Energy drinks
    Energy drink cans
I’d not recommend to try any of these unless you’re living in Thailand or other Eastern Asian country. I’ve tried ’em in the US, Europe and Asia, and in my opinion only Asian ones work perfect.
  • Calea
    Calea zacatechichi plant
Calea’s dried leaves are used before sleep to increase dreaming by the Mexican indians. Its effects are not well documented. But you can also use it during the daytime. Pour 80oC water in a cup, add some Calea leaves and let it brew for 10-20 minutes. The taste of this drink is horrible, so you can add some honey and milk to it. The effects of this drink are not stimulant, but you can feel like your mind becomes more precise.

The last but not least thing to remember is: Every time you’re using a stimulator of any sort it activates the hidden resources of your organism, which should be replenished later. In other words, you should be very careful with your body. Give yourself a rest after a sleepless night of work and try not to become psychologically addicted to any of the substances mentioned above and so on. Just like the Erowid guys say:

Know your Body – Know your Mind – Know your Substance – Know your Source.
