All Ceiling Decor is being produced in Russia. Production usually takes up to 2 weeks.

Wall Decor is being produced in Russia and in the US. All wall decor orders under 56″ on the short side from the USA, Canada and Mexico are being produced in the state of NY so the shipping time is usually under 2 weeks. Production of a tapestry is usually under a week.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping Worldwide with tracking. All products produced in Moscow, Russia have Free Shipping by default – processed by Russian Post. If you are located in the US and want to buy a Wall Decoration and it is smaller than 56″ on the short side it will be produced in the state of NY – you will also get Free Shipping – processed by UPS or USPS depending on your location.
✓ Most tapestry products are produced in Moscow, Russia and are and shipped within 3-5 business days.
✓ The ceiling decoration products are produced in Moscow, Russia and are shipped within 5-10 business days.
✓ The delivery usually takes 1-2 months for international orders due to the COVID pandemic.
✓ Most of tapestries orders from the USA, Canada and Mexico are produced in the state of NY so the delivery (UPS or USPS depending on your location) will be way faster.

Expedited Shipping

If you need expedited shipping please contact us and we will arrange shipping with UPS. Shipping price will depend on your location and on the size of your order.

We gladly accept returns

Contact us within 14 days after you have received the package.

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your order after you send us the tracking code to confirm you have shipped the items back.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order contact us as soon as possible. If we have not shipped it yet we will cancel your order and fully refund the payment – no questions asked.

Lost in transit

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit (both domestic and international, with or without tracking numbers) or denied entry by customs. But don’t worry it happens very rarely.
