Production

All orders are now being produced in the US.

Shipping

✓ USA – Free Shipping provided by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping time 1-10 days.
✓ All other countries – orders are shipped either with FedEx (stretchable lycra products) – delivery time 5-10 business days depending on your location, or UPS (separate tapestries orders) – delivery time 1-4 weeks depending on your location, combined orders are shipped with FedEx.

Import Tax Fees

If your shipping address is outside of the US you will be subject to your local import tax fees. Check out our Import Taxes FAQ for more details.

We gladly accept returns for orders under $1000

Contact us within 14 days after you have received the package.

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your order after you send us the tracking code to confirm you have shipped the items back.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order is over $1000 the difference will be refunded in store credit. If store credit doesn’t work for you we will try to help you find a person or a company to sell your decorations to. Unfortunately that’s not always an option.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order contact us as soon as possible. If we have not shipped it yet we will cancel your order and fully refund the payment – no questions asked.

Lost in transit

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit (both domestic and international, with or without tracking numbers) or denied entry by customs. But don’t worry it happens very rarely.
