Returns

All decorations are made to order, specifically for each client.

For this reason, we do not accept returns.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If production has not started yet, your order can be cancelled with a 100% refund
  • Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier and local customs authorities.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit (domestic or international, with or without tracking)
  • We are also not responsible for shipments denied entry by customs

That said, these situations are very rare.
