Production

All orders are now being produced in the US.

Shipping

✓ USA – Free Shipping provided by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping time 1-10 days.
✓ All other countries – orders are shipped either with FedEx (stretchable lycra products) – delivery time 5-10 business days depending on your location, or UPS (separate tapestries orders) – delivery time 1-4 weeks depending on your location, combined orders are shipped with FedEx.

Import Tax Fees

If your shipping address is outside of the US you will be subject to your local import tax fees. Check out our Import Taxes FAQ for more details.

Returns

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns since all decorations are made to order.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order contact us as soon as possible. If we have not started the production yet we will cancel your order and give you a 100% refund.

Lost in transit

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit (both domestic and international, with or without tracking numbers) or denied entry by customs. But don’t worry it happens very rarely.
