THE PSYCTOR vector poster design

Here is my entry for Vectortuts+ community project: Gig Poster Showdown!
This design is dedicated to all psychedelic trance musicians that had altered my life with their music and all the worldwide psychedelic community :) Cheers, guys!

The design was made in Adobe Illustrator CS5. The reference image of a girl with a kitten is my girlfriends portrait and it was taken by me last summer. For the background ornament I’ve used one of my old stock designs. The texture used in THE PSYCTOR letters is also my stock file, you can find it in GraphicRiver.
